Often seen as dominant and influential is an alpha male. In a social status hierarchy, they are usually the ones on top because of the power and influence they possess. In a group setting, he has the command. He is the leader for a reason and it takes great confidence, being extroverted, and being adventurous in nature that put them in that high position.
How to become an alpha male?
When it comes to characteristics, being an alpha takes more than just being confident, extroverted, and adventurous. There are other things such as being assertive and having good communication skills. They are attracted to strong-willed and independent people, with some becoming their life partners.
There are three physical characteristics associated with this personality. First is being tall which comes with a range of social benefits, having a deep voice, and a handsome face that promotes dominance.

- He has a huge self-control when it comes to their feelings and emotions. He is usually cool and tempered and you will rarely see him losing his emotion even if someone does something to anger him.

- He spends most of his time alone and uses this time to know himself deeper. He believes in the power that comes from being alone. Being in control of one’s inner core makes it easier for him to handle outside factors and will not be easily controlled by those he considers distractions. Having complete control of himself is the real power.
- He is always pursuing excellence, hence, setting himself high standards. He has a set of standards in every aspect of his life and he makes sure to live up to these high standards by having commitments and fulfilling them.
