WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU – Here are some ways to help you answer this interview questions and some tips in answering this.

“Why should we hire you?”

This is one of the most common interview questions asked. This is also a window of opportunity for you to show why you should be selected for the position you are applying for. Tough to answer such an open-ended question, right?

Why do interviewers ask this?

There are a couple of reasons behind this. You might feel the force to answer “Well why should I work here?” with sass or “Because you are hiring” but this is not it. If you answer this way, consider your application junked already.

This question is asked because interviewers would want to see and find out your perspective on why you are a perfect fit for the job. They don’t know if you are a perfect fit but through this question, they will be able to determine this from your angle.

On the other hand, they might already know that you are capable of doing the job but this is asked because they would want to know what sets you apart from the other applicants and how you can handle difficult situations.
