They work remotely in different locations across the world and this is one of its primary benefits. This transition from the traditional setup is a real game-changer that redefined what a working life is.

  • Avoid commuting is one of the top advantages of this setup. As much as we all know, commuting often takes up a lot from our time and makes us extra tired. But with working at home, you get to save time and money and spend more time with your loved ones.

  • You can travel full-time as physical workplace does not constrain you. This is why many people are interested in this type of work.

  • Expenses is more manageable since you don’t commute and spend money on working clothes.

CONS

  • You may meet some struggles with productivity along the way. Sometimes, being productive in your own space can become a real challenge.
  • Working is entirely reliant on an internet connection which is not always guaranteed.
  • Loneliness is another big con that can affect your mental health.
